The Swampfox Arrowhead LPVO series represents Swampfox’s premium low power variable optic lineup. The series includes 1-6x, 1-8x, and 1-10x models developed for tactical shooting, sport shooting, and demanding field applications.

The Arrowhead 1-8x24 offers an excellent balance between compact LPVO handling and increased magnification capability. Compared to the 1-6x model, the additional magnification provides greater precision and target identification at longer distances while still maintaining fast close-range performance.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

Swampfox Arrowhead 1-8x24 features a durable aluminum housing designed for demanding tactical and sporting applications. The riflescope is waterproof, fogproof, and shock resistant, ensuring reliable operation in difficult weather and environmental conditions.

The optic features push/pull locking turrets that help prevent unintentional turret movement during transport or active use. The turrets also support zero reset functionality, allowing the shooter to re-index the turret after the rifle has been zeroed.

The optical system uses multiple protective lens coatings, including anti-reflection, anti-fog, anti-scratch, and hydrophobic coatings. These treatments improve image clarity while helping protect the lenses from moisture, dirt, and wear.

The 30 mm main tube offers a strong balance between compact dimensions, structural durability, and adjustment range, making the optic suitable for lightweight rifle setups and dynamic shooting platforms.

OPTICAL PROPERTIES

The 1-8x magnification range provides excellent versatility for both close-quarters shooting and more demanding medium-range engagements. At true 1x magnification, the riflescope allows rapid target acquisition and intuitive both-eyes-open shooting techniques.

At higher magnification settings, the optic provides additional target detail and improved precision for longer-range shots and target identification.

The reticle is positioned in the second focal plane, meaning the reticle size remains unchanged throughout the entire magnification range. This maintains a consistent sight picture regardless of zoom level.

The illuminated etched reticle features 12 brightness settings, including settings optimized for low-light use and compatibility with night vision devices.

Depending on the selected configuration, the riflescope is available with BDC or MIL reticle layouts. BDC versions are optimized for simplified holdovers, while MIL reticles provide a more advanced solution for shooters who prefer MIL-based ranging and corrections.
